123sing! is back!

Picture
Classic FM and Making Music are again joining together to present 123sing!, the biggest celebration of singing in the UK, on 30 September - 2 October 2011. Sing together to help others & be part of the biggest singing event of the year, and simultaneously raise money for music education and therapy projects.

Host a singing event, at home or in your local community, on or near to 30 September - 2 October 2011 and help raise money for the Classic FM Foundation, plus - new for 2011 - join together with other performers from across Wales at the national 123sing! Cymru event at the Wales Millennium Centre, organised by Making Music Wales and Ty Cerdd, further information on which can be found here and below.

In supporting 123sing! you will be helping to fund music education and therapy projects for the most disadvantaged children and adults in the UK. To find out where the money goes, read Phoebe's story. It doesn't matter how much you raise or how you raise it. Every penny counts!

Last year participants registered 170 events on the 123sing! map. From come and sing events to pop-up community choirs, open rehearsals, barbershop on bicycles and singing on top of the Spinnaker Tower, there was something for everyone. If you didn't take part last year, this is your chance!

All you need to do is ...
